Filing

           Our Company highly emphasizes on the importance of our customers, intending for the registration to be successfully performed. Prior to the each filing of registration application, we always have policy for providing the primary advice and recommendation for the trademark that may have some problems against the law of Thailand. Such consultation provision, however, shall not be charged any expense and such policy shall cover towards the general information needed to be known by our customers.

           Filing of trademark registration application in Thailand shall be in the form of one application for one class of goods, and that application can be claimed priority within 6 months from the filing date of the basis application. Publication and registration

           For the consideration procedures after the application has been submitted, the Registrar shall take about 9-10 months for the examination and primary consideration. In case there is no any problem, the application shall be published in Thai Trademark Gazette to give the third party the opportunity for the objection within 90 days from the date of publication. After the term of opposition is passed without any objection, the order shall be given by the Office for the registration fee to be paid, usually will take about 12-14 months for completing of registration procedure.

Renewal

           The registered trademark might be renewed for every 10 years and it can be applied within 90 days before its expiry date. Since the extension of the renewal period has not been permitted, the company shall provide the service on notifying our customers to acknowledge on the precaution.

Watching

           For the watching of the third party trademark registration application that would have been published in the Thai Trademark Gazette, can be greatly important that the rights can be protected from being infringed as there would be some marks that are very similar to or might confuse and mislead the public for ownership or source of goods. We therefore have the watching service for the rights and business protection of our customer ownership.
